What exactly does "managed" mean?
It means you do not need to know how servers work. We handle everything technical: initial setup, configuration, software updates, security patches, performance monitoring. Your staff just opens a browser and uses the system. We are responsible for making sure it keeps running.
How long does setup take?

Can I see who did what?
Every action is logged. Who generated a token, who called it, who completed it, when it happened. The admin panel gives you a searchable activity log. The reports section shows you daily, weekly, and monthly summaries.
Is my data safe?
Your data lives on a server inside your facility. It never goes to the cloud. It is never shared with anyone. We maintain authorized technical access strictly for management and support, under a formal agreement that defines exactly what we can and cannot do with your system.
Can I customize the token slips and displays?
Yes. The admin panel lets you design your own token slips (what information appears, logo placement, barcode on/off). Displays have five themes to choose from. You can set custom scrolling announcements and configure voice announcements in your preferred language.
What if we have multiple floors?
QMS handles that natively. Each floor gets its own departments, counters, kiosks, and displays. Staff on floor 2 do not see floor 1's queue. The supervisor can view all floors or drill into one. This is built into the core, not bolted on.
